  1. Lol. My situation isn't quite that bad. I'm running a 5600X and have been looking to upgrade my 580 8GB. Started noticing that those cards were going for more reasonable prices, so figured I'd throw the question out there.
  2. I know the general rule of thumb is to go with a single GPU, but with prices of new cards not normalizing anytime soon and some older generations of used cards still going for way more than what they are really worth, could it make sense to buy older matching cards and running them in SLI/Crossfire for some kind of performance increase in the interim?
  3. While I am not gaming at 4k 60hz, I recently purchased a Single Monitor DP 1.4 KVM from Level 1 Techs. They do also sell a dual monitor version, but unfortunately I'm not seeing a triple display version. My single monitor version lets me run my Pixio PX347c Prime monitor at 3440x1440 100hz on my gaming desktop, and then 3440x1440 60hz on my laptop from work (unfortunately, finding a DP 1.4 to mDP is hard. The DP1.2 standard in my adapter caps the display for laptop to 60hz). May not be the perfect solution for the triple monitor configuration, but might be products to keep in mind.
  4. Recently bought a Pixio PX347c Prime monitor for working from home productivity and gaming. Looking to upgrade my RX 580 8gb GPU once inventory starts to become more readily available. What card would be a reasonable upgrade? I've been looking between an RTX 3070 or an RX 6800, since their respective MSRPs are in the range i'd feel comfortable spending, but are there older cards that would be comparable? Maybe Titan cards from previous generations?
  5. Yes, but I'd like something that also has built in FTP/ SFTP functionality. I've read a bit on Atom and will for sure be testing it out.
  6. Long time apple user looking to move my desktop from my aging 2009 Mac Pro 4,1 to my first custom-built system. I do a lot of web work and digital content marketing, and the only program I cant seem to find a replacement for is Coda. Anyone know of a full package application that would work as a good replacement? Thanks in advance.
  7. Glad I made my LTT account yesterday. That headset looks really slick. Always liked the look of Wood (teehee) on Audio Products.
