Violating the Geneva Convention would also mean extreme post war retaliation, likely far worse than the Treaty of Versailles to Germany. Because they are international law, they'd be extremely strict about it, and likely strip all of Chinas advantages in the UN such as being a permanent member of the UN security council.

Ill probably be getting the lower end model one when it comes out or a RED 8, Ive never actually used 3DTouch on my 6s so a loss on that isnt that bad. As long as the front camera stays as good as it was on my 6s then Ill be sure to like it.

Clanscorpia reacted to huilun02 in GOG picks up visual novels in the wake of the waifu holocaust
Do I buy these type of 'games'? Definitely not. But I don't think people being interested in big eyed 2D Japanese p0rn is as big of an issue as the cancerous "if I don't like it, no one can have it" political shenanigans going on in US/UK. People are entitled to what they like as long as it doesn't involve stabbings and bombing random foreigners.

Good on GOG to pick up the ball. Headquartered in Poland and run by Europeans. They don't give two shits about EU turncoats and the regressive west.

Well for sanctioned sales yes, though its not as if I have to block users from country x, the country could do so but frankly that's on them not me. Either way I don't like red tape and the EU is nothing but red tape (though again Norway isn't in the EU), it might be easier to let a 3rd party seller within the country deal with that nonsense than direct sales from my perspective.

Either way I will follow the ideology of our forefathers and be a proponent of smuggling and tax avoidance

Clanscorpia reacted to FlatBrokeRacing in A infrastructure tax.
Here in Winnipeg, the Roads are in extremely poor condition. You see they have stated and tried raising taxes, they have made mention that X amount of tax we pay on fuel at the pumps would go towards roads, and that the photo radar enforcement would be for safety and that 30km/h school zones were for safety and that we pay X amount of our tax dollars go towards infrastructure and you know what happened with all of that? fucking lies. So as far as i'm concerned those cock-suckers take enough of my hard earned money and piss it away on projects that are not only stupid, but cost 150 TIMES more expensive than they need to and generally run 25%+ ABOVE the "budget". Take the tax hikes and shove it where the sun dont shine because Government does nothing but piss money away.

do you know our downtown has a major intersection, its 3-4 lane traffic each way, we have an underground walkthrough called the exchange district, and an above ground walkover alittle futher away. Many many years ago ( sometime in the 70's) this intersection was closed so the public could not cross the street at ground level. This was done for safety and efficiency concerns as its a very heavy traffic flow area. Do you know what our crack-head mayor has budgeted to re-open this at GROUND level with no overhead walkways or bridges? ELEVEN MILLION DOLLARS FOR !*!$*^&! SAKES! TO REMOVE SOME BARRIERS!!!!!!!

Give me $10,000 and a week and i'll have it done, like seriously estimated over $11m

Not if the fries are made properly. Thats why you need to go to an actual poutinerie where the fries are extra crispy to compensate for the gravy

From a business standpoint, this is fucking stupid, for a few reasons.
The most of which is that they're denying sales to a market that also has a use for GPUs.

From the stastics earlier in the thread, the states with the highest population density all had the best internet speeds. Im not saying its the only factor, but it sure is a big one. Same reason electric cars arent nearly as practical in the states as in Europe. And for your argument about swedens population density, the population is condensed into about half the country, which is fairly dense. Plus the US isnt that much more dense at 11 more people per square kilometer.
