Go to the Framechasers channel on YT.
He VBios mods and PWR shunt mods all his GPUs (2080ti,3080,3090) his discord would be ideal for you.
He can pull 800watts if he wants to, knows how to use the Nvidia Frequency/Voltage curve to lock it in anyway he wants

Or find some alternative XOC Forums.
Plenty of people do this, but not the normies so asking here wouldnt get much traction.

I'm curious on how easy or safe it is to use it daily.

But of course how easy and safe is it to flash the BIOS and where can I find the KP 1000W XOC BIOS?

Hooked up to a very strong loop and 2x Noctua fans blowing over the VRMs and motherboard.

I'm curious as GPU at max OC at 500W bios stays at 35C.

The payout is so small, it's not worth risking £1700, if the warranty wasn't voided I would've done it.

I might give EVGA a call and ask tomorrow though.

Won't stop me from asking more questions though, I might decide soon.

I found the 1000W bios on techpowerup so just need to find someone who managed to flash theirs successfully so I can get a guide.

I did. Non OCed 10980XE under all these rads with pumps off is below 50c.

Ah, so it won't be too bad maintenance wise.
Still not a great idea. You're already running close to ambient.
To introduce LM for 1 or 2C is not a great idea.

I highly advise against doing it due to the amount of surface conductive components the gpu has. Sure the barrier will probably stop contact but it's also not flawless and not immune to time. That and the block is aluminum which liqdui metal WILL eat into and that can easily cause a leak thus killing the card and possibly other components. So basically do not do it.

It does actually, just not when stuff is OCed, tried running 10980XE in CB15 without fans running topped at 48C.

I did it because I can I guess haha

At those temps, it seems utterly pointless to introduce such a risk/point of failure.
