I will sum this up very briefly.
Firing someone for any reason of discrimination is already against the law and is covered under the US Federal Anti-Discrimination laws. This vote and all that has come to it was a colossal waste of time. I have hired and fired and to me having been in that position and now a business owner this "ruling" was quite unnecessary.
Anyone saying differently is doing one of two things, Lying to themselves or Lying to everyone else. You hire based on qualifications not personal views.

@ebot224 Warning points are issued to a member that breach the Community Standards. The amount of points issued are based on the level of the incident and the type of incident that occurs. Warning point in most situations have an expiration date, in some extreme instances they can be permanent depending on the severity of the case. Warning points and Warnings are used to show history of poor or undesired behavior in a member that can help the Moderation team evaulate future transgressions such as if behavior is improving or becoming worse. Once a Member reaches a certain amount of points with a given period of or if the incident warrants the member can or will be Banned from the forum.
    I hope this helps.
