  1. The 3dprinting subreddit on reddit is a great resource for recommendations (they have a purchase advice thread pinned at the top) and is where I got my recommendation for my Ender 3 two years ago.
  2. I am looking for recommendations for external hard drives. I've been looking at the WD My passport and Elements and also the Seagate expansion drives. They all seem to have quite a high percentage of bad reviews (on Amazon) about the drives failing etc, this makes me weary on getting either of them. I am looking for a size of about 2TB and the highest I'd like to go is around £70 Can anyone recommend a drive, even if it's one of the ones I've mentioned? Edit: Ended up going with a WD Element 2TB.
  3. So I am wondering what everyone uses for encryption?
  4. I decided to use Private Internet Access (PIA) and it's great, my speeds are basically the same which is great.

Over the ear headphones always make my ears sweat after a short amount of time so I've always used earbuds. What are my options if I wanted to get some high quality over the ear headphones?
  6. Tunnelbear looks to be a good option and I've also had a brief look at Private Internet Access but I'm just wondering what everyone else uses?
  7. Love the contrast, great photo. The lake District.
  8. Yeah they do, which is very annoying when wanting to access a wired device over WiFi, one particular router would just randomly seperate them without any setting change, only a reset would fix it. As others have said it should work if your router is set up to not seperate them but latency might be an issue.
  9. For me the game does not live up to the hype, I can't really remember why as I haven't played it in ages, I stupidly bought it for £50 and didn't know you could refund on Origin at that point, I was sucked in by the hype.
  10. You can't delete anything on your hard drive? Then maybe wait a little while and save some more, I know it's hard to do but it'll be better.
  11. This is exactly what I did when I first built my PC, 250GB SSD for the OS and a 1TB hard drive for games and such, works great, eventually I upgraded it to a 3TB HDD.
  12. I did just think about that, you could use a 2.5" drive which are a bit more than their 3.5" counterpart but not too bad, your idea might be an option too.
  13. Id love to build in a case like this but it's the storage options that stop me, with no 3.5" drive support, storage is gonna be expensive if you want anything above 500gb.
  14. So I just watched this video from JayzTwoCents about this interesting and tiny SFF Case, The LOUQE Ghost S1. I love SFF cases like this (well I love looking at them, haven't actually built one myself but maybe one day) This one seems to be pretty good, You can check out their product page and Kickstarter for more information on it, it's also modular. Here are some videos of a build time lapse in the case: Air cooled Liquid cooled (CPU)
  15. What are everyone's opinions on the Steel Series Apex M750?
