you can also buy rgb/argb strips that also have whight leds on them as well. you most likely will have to solder on your own connectors thow.

i think some may store the color when the pc is off but i dont no witch ones ill have to take a look at the ones i own, aquacomputer, corsair, nzxt, thermaltake.
 
i dont no what ports on the mb get power when its off you will have to do some testing i guess.
 
a lot of strips that you can buy for an name brad are short like 10leds and are expensive. pules most have priority connectors so you will have to buy cable adapters or make your own. also some leave gaps in between the strips sets.
 
imo you can buy wight led strips and wire it to a outlet with a switch on it as its a good idea to have all power cut when working on your pc. then agane im not afraid of soldering and drilling holes...
 

Some premium cases have LED there. But I don't think any major accessory maker has anything for USB. So really, getting cheap laptop USB light, like this.

Thoughts: True, the animation is still kind of awkward in some situations, but it's a huge step from just deepfaking a face, I can see some industrial use case for this such as emulating people.

And his data will be biased towards building a computer...

I wouldn't recommend building a PC to people I know because I don't want to be unpaid tech support on my time off.
