Use something like ExFAT. Maximum file sizes are not an issue on that. You may need to jump through some hoops to do so.

Lol Gigabyte fixing things. They couldn't be assed to put proper ACPI and UEFI on a server board I was using. And that was just one board. Never liked any board from them.

The Floatplane title: "Time for a FREE upgrade - Nvidia Resizable BAR support" is much better but I don't like it that the word free is all capslocked.

I don't usually complain about video titles, but I just don't get this one. You aren't downloading a GPU, let alone a faster one.

It is unlikely to damage the bottle, but it would almost definitely stain it.

Also, it's designed for cold water, so that's all we can really say.

Why did you guys not think to use your graphite pads to enhance the overall effectiveness of the back panel? I did this with thermal pads on my Pro 16 is nearly completely eliminate GPU throttling in windows. It gets hot but isn't too bad. Something like the air wouldn't be able to heat it up nearly as much. (Pictures are missing 3 other pad spots but oh well)

A modular PSU at this price point is such a waste of $30-40 as well as getting a more expensive case if you are really trying to save every dime like you are acting. Also why even bother getting a cooler when both come with it? All that money saved can go into much better motherboards for both parties who could actually use the higher end CPU's properly as well as fully unlock the Intel memory controller which is likely what made it perform so poorly in that one benchmark.

With all of Intel's price slashing, I'm a little surprised you would be a 3700x over the 10700k or even the 10850k. Many Z490 boards are also PCIe 4 compatible so Rocket Lake should be a slot in competitive upgrade. Also don't really think PCIe 4 SSD's are even remotely worth the insane premium for the 2k build.

You can even get enterprise level SSD's in the 3+TB range for around this price. I'd rather have the storage than the very little speed improvement.

The Arctic Freezer 33 is much cheaper than the overrated Hyper 212 while being significantly better and I am surprised you didn't bring it up for cheap performance. You can get it for less that $30 most of the time and is currently $20 on Amazon.

Uh ARM does have micro-ops. Also you have CISC and RISC (theoretical) backwards. RISC is supposed to take more cycles to do the same thing has a CISC machine, but has a shorter pipeline to offset for that. All modern CPU's are RISC-esq at their core as Intel found out in the mid to late 90's. CISC instructions are supposed to do multiple things per instruction while RISC does only one thing. Very few CPU's exist today that correspond perfectly to either thought process and it has been found on many occasions to be completely unrelated to power consumption and performance.

gotta get those clicks..... FFS whats with all the doomsday shit around intel these days, it's like people WANT them to go under. Guess competition only matters when you're rooting for the underdog.
The video didn't even go into what the title says....yay clickbait

it's not even about doing it "right". it's about full control over everything. Vertical monopoly.

Title flying a little close to the clickbait sun there.

But also no probably not. It's a blow, but I expect Intel is a diverse enough company that this just a setback, not a death-blow. They've likely been planning what to do about this happening as long or longer than we've been speculating over it.

I reused the original PSU case and put some junky 850w psu in it. EATX/SSI EEB motherboards and larger are just kinda too big for this thing to reasonably fix for the most part.1

Also why not re-anodize the case in black? Or would that be far too expensive or just not practical/possible?
