  1. Does anyone know of a guide that can walk me through the proper setup for using an SSD with XP? I don't want to get an SSD and then kill it by not setting it up right.
  2. I have read some articles that say SSDs and XP aren't really compatible. However all of the articles are from several years ago when SSDs were new. Do current SSDs work with Windows XP without problems?
  3. From what I remember it has Windows XP Home Edition, P4 2.8 GHz with HT, an AGP HIS Radeon HD 4670, 3 GB of RAM, one CD drive, and a floppy drive.
  4. I wouldn't want to spend more than $50. It's just an old XP machine I like to mess around with for fun
  5. I need a 400 watt PSU with a 20 pin motherboard connector and a 4 pin CPU connector. The PSU in my old XP machine seems to have died. Are there any reliable PSUs out there that are new? Or should I look for a used one? If so what do you recommend?
  6. I am getting a new HDD and want to test it to make sure everything is working properly before I actually put it to use. What are some of the programs everyone here uses? Thanks
  7. Have already updated the BIOS. Thanks for the info guys
  8. I have an ASUS TUF B450-Plus motherboard with a Ryzen 5 1600 and want to upgrade to a Ryzen 5 5600x
  9. Do I have to reinstall Windows if I am changing CPUs? Or is it just like upgrading anything else?
  10. I like the red and black. It just looks so good!
