Can anyone identify the 2 components

I sorted my gpu and it fell on either of these components, and now it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me the name of these components on my gtx 1060 6gb turbo so I can replace it?

those are smd capacitors, they do not cause the card to fail even if they are gone. Something else is broken or missing.

if you are good at soldering you could replace them, no clue what values those would be but they are probably ceramic caps

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Would you think it was the ic that is shorted, it fell in this area:
