Small layout issue in dark mode

Hi,

 

I just wanted to point out that when posting a reply to a topic, in dark mode, the colors of the "submit" button are inverted: the text is orange and the background black, instead of a white text on an orange background as on the other buttons. This is kind of confusing and for some reason I always end up looking for this button up and down.

I believe I remember reading a topic about this a while back wherein it was stated that it was working as intended (read: it was designed this way)
