27" 1440p IPS monitor recommendations?

Hello, apologies for making yet another this kind of topic.

I've been looking for a new 27" 1440p monitor but unfortunately haven't found anything yet except for DELL U2717D while browsing this forum but it's a bit too pricey for me. (430 euros where I'm from)

Monitor would be used for productivity, movies and gaming.

 

Desired specs are as follows:

27 inch screen.

2560x1440 resolution.

IPS panel. (definitely would like to avoid a bad panel, I value color accuracy very much)

Would HIGHLY prefer if the stand was adjustable, my desk doesn't stand as tall, would like to avoid putting an ugly box beneath the monitor just to elevate the view.

At least 1 HDMI port (for ps4).

Can be 60Hz (and probably must, since I value color quality more than high refresh rate), FreeSync is not needed.

 

Budget: 400$ (350 euros)

That's a decent Asus monitor with a nice mount.

I would honestly get the Acer 144hz 1440p 27 inch ips display that is being sold for 429 euros but that is just me.
