1440p,144hz, and 32in monitor deal at micro center

superchicken55

If it's truly IPS then it's an incredible display.  If it was TN I'd still say it's a great deal because my 27" 1440 144hz TN display was at least $400 and I recently hooked it up to only be frustrated with the easily washed out viewing angles.  I'm on a VA panel right now and it get's a little bit washed out but nothing compared to that TN.  I didn't notice it when using it but going between panels along with the desk being lower and not on an adjustable arm......... I couldn't even view it properly.

The smaller screen was my main for gaming as it was 144hz vs 60hz on the ultrawide.  Now I'm on one 1440p 100hz va ultrawide (second pic) and I love it.

Not sure what my point is here, I started with an IPS panel but needed more frames, went to a TN panel and needed ultrawide with better color's and more resolution and found that in a VA AOC monitor.

I'm not sure the limitations of IPS but 144hz on an IPS panel doesn't sound cheap so I'd do some research on that exact panel before buying.

*edit: a properly adjusted TN panel is more than usable

Not bad but I think that resolution at that size is kinda...meh. A little too low, unless you're sitting pretty far back.

At least the stand is solid; LG usually fails pretty hard at those!

hey guys, this is the best deal on a monitor I have seen yet.  you get a 32 inch, 1440p IPS display at 144Hz... FOR $300!!!  if my budget allowed, I would definitely get this monitor.

https://www.microcenter.com/product/510553/32gk650f-b-32-wqhd-144hz-dp-hdmi-freesync-gaming-led-monitor

Jesus I really wish I had money cause this is the perfect monitor for me, VA cause I love the contrast ratios and IPS backlight bleed pisses me off, 144hz for dat smoothness, and 32" cause I love larger displays.

8086k Winner BABY!!

Nope, NVIDI does not support FreeSync

you can still use the monitor, you just wouldn't be able to turn on freesync.
