So I just bought these Acer KA25Q1 monitors in a dual monitor setup. Once I got it I opened Fortnite and it automated to 1360x768 so I went into Nvidia Control Panel and went to the monitor section. I saw the 1080p to I clicked it but then I scrolled down and say the same resolution but at 75Hz. I was confused since it is a 60Hz monitor, anyone know the difference between these two? I have pictures of the reslolutions.

You  probably have an OC'able panel, if so, then selecting 75hz allows for a higher refresh rate.

75hz will show 15 more frames per second than 60hz, which makes video play smoother, so go with it.

I can't find anything when i google Acer KA25Q1

Just throwing it out there (sort of generic answer) but if you somehow connected the second monitor using VGA cable, that may explain why you see refresh rates above 60 hz - for compatibility reasons a vga input will accept anything between something like 48Hz and 75+ Hz  but on screen, you'd only see 60 updates anyway. Unless the panel is overclockable or whatever.
