wtf is wrong with this memory stick!?

Pesky Ngon

so I need to make a new windows boot thingy. I grabbed a random mem stick I had lying around. when I plug it in my pc shows TWO new drives being recognised. REMOVABLE (D:) and REMOVABLE (H:) if I unplug the usb, both disappear. plug it back in, they both reappear again. what the fuck is going on? ive never seen anything like this before. I need to wipe this thing to use to set up windows but this had just thrown me off completely.

It has been partitioned.

Open disk management and delete both partitions on the USB drive and reformat it to a single partition.

it might be a UK thing, im not sure. quite a few people around here call it that, infact its more common than calling it a USB stick.
