2700 x42 watter cooling

The stock cooler is good enough if you don't want to overclock, so you should have a lot of headspace with the x42

If you're formally an engineer, avoid responsibility. That's what senior engineers get paid for.

even with overclocking im not having any issues so far, it even clocks itself to nearly 4.1Ghz when gaming on all cores easily.

not really worth the effort of water cooling only to get it to 4.3Ghz, the only thing i dont like about the stock cooler is that it gets a little loud under higher load.
