Dell S2240L

Recommended Posts

Posted · Original PosterOP

Hello!

I got a Dell     S2240L. If i powered on, the screen is unreadable. There is no difference is there any cables connected or not.

Is the screen, the lcd connector(ribbon) cable or MB gone bad?

I attached some picturs as well.

Thanks in advance!

Ok. Can it be tested somehow?

For as far as i can see it doesn't need anymore testing.

you can press the OSD menu on the display buttons and see if that works okay.

No menu appears

Then it's the panel itself that is broken.

this one can only be replaced.

or you can use it as a light...
