Slimline USB 3 mobo header extension cable (UK)

Anyone know of any slimline USB 3 header cables or bendy ones?

Basically I've got bottom mounted fans and the case front panel USB 3 header cable hits them so can't be plugged in. A 90 degree down one wouldn't work as it would hit the case bottom..

 

Basically want one without the shroud so it can be bent downwards.

Did anybody ever find one in the UK? There are a couple like what @karsnoordhuis suggested in the Amazon UK store, but "currently unavailable".

 

I have an Asus X470 Prime Pro board in an S340, and the 3.0 header comes up just between the bottom openings.....I need something low profile.
