Had to look at it again. I thought those sticks on the left were the DIMM slot itself, looked like you only had the two right slots populated.  :D

If you rotated the cooler you'd also probably get much better temps! As is, those 2 fans look to be fighting each other.

I don`t have any GPU to fold with, but atleast I can use my ryzen 1600. 2nd dead GPU for 2 years (GTS 450 and GTX 780) Currently I use the GTS, because works more than the 780. Both with bad memory. Its something

Here's my AMD rig.  I made a bunch of money on their stock so I reciprocated by buying a VEGA 64.  That's a RX 480 hiding underneath it.  Makes for great DX 12 / Vulkan gaming.  Not pretty, but it works and keeps my condo warm during the winter months in Port Moody.

I would Honestly love to Help, I had my fair share of nasty diseases in my Family, most prominent cancer and thrombosis, both deadly if noticed too late, I myself am suffering from severe mental health issues, due to having to bury my Father and two uncles within months of one year, which took quite a toll on me, my emotions and mental health.

The reason, however, why I cannot help even though I would love some more current gen hardware, I only have a small amount of money from welfare every month, leaving my PC running when I am not using it would consume too much electricity, that would lead to increased costs and that would lead to not enough money for food, and quite honestly I already don't have the most for food, most of my welfare is consumed to pay bills and pay off small portions of my debts.

I know the pain these Diseases can cause to those who have them and those around them, and even if I would love to help the cause, I have to be selfish for my own well being. I still wish you the best of Luck, one day I will have it better then I can give to those in need. One day.

Even though I don't have a gpu I'll give it a shot with my new build (and the first I've ever built too) running an i5-8600K at 4.6GHz, let's see if I can be of any help...

folding.thumb.jpg.e6da31073fe6640ccb58e856dd8e757e.jpg91425157_IMG_20181108_2027571.thumb.jpg.4c925736e1f54b880f3a4c823c366f68.jpg

Sorry for the bad quality on the build picture, it was taken on a bad phone camera.?

Hey guys, I found out that this is an opportunity for my baby Eva Unit-42 to shine a 300 USD build with:

GPU: Gtx 750 Ti 2gb GDDR5

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g

HDD: Toshiba 5400rpm 1 TB

RAM: 2x4gb Geil Ram

MoBo: MSI B350M pro-Vh plus

I do hope I can help people with this rig as I put in all my savings into this beast.

I wanna spend my life healthy and I also wanna spend the rest of my life knowing my sacrifices into creating my beloved baby to helping others

Now i know what you're thinking that the cable management is ugly and it doesn't seem to be getting enough air but i can assure you none of these parts have ever hit 80 under gaming conditions and the case restricts me from my cable management and i have done all i could.

The highest power PC I have so far, 1270K point (1220k on GPU, 50K on CPU) per day, not bad at all! Compare to my 3 years old AW laptop (970m), it can only do 220K(150K on GPU, 70K on CPU) pt. per day.

I think that new 100k editing work station needs to go through an extensive stress test for a few weeks before it's implemented in to the editing den to ensure it's stable, don't you think @jakkuh_t? ;)

Is there a way to setup folding for UnRAID?

You can use a VM (Ubuntu is recommended for max perf, though be prepared for some tinkering. PM Gorgon if you need help) or you can use a docker container, like this one: http://www.adamantine.me/fah/ or this one: https://github.com/johnktims/folding-at-home, both of which will require some configuration.

Personally I'm using the VM solution so I'm not sure how easy the containers are to configure.
