So i am building my first PC i will be doing light photo and video editing as well as some gaming.

I would like to keep the price around $700 US dollars.

What would you change?

Good build; however, I would change the motherboard to an msi b450-a pro, which is ~$40 cheaper and maybe try and get a cheaper case, and use the extra money to buy a radeon rx 580 8gb. You may also want to look for a better psu

Its $150 everywhere, not just at micro centers

get a CX550M instead, the B3 has issues with protetions. also, get an MSi b450-A pro or tomahawk instead of the prime plus.
