What CPU and memory OCs have you managed to get on Ryzen?

On my 1950X system, I managed to get my CPU to 4Ghz Stable with 32GB of HyperX Predator RGB RAM (quad channel) to 3400Mhz at stock timings (15-17-17-39)

verified that both were stable (AIDA64 for CPU and 4 runs of Memtest for the RAM)

so what sort of OCs have you managed to get on Ryzen?

regarding the Enermax, do NOT get the first gen TR4 cooler, ONLY get the 2nd gen (the TR4 II) because the pump died or got clogged in my unit. It ran at 70c at stock at load and 50c at idle at stock . It was 28c idle and 58c at load before the pump broke at 4Ghz. Now I have the 2nd gen and it works just as well, if not slightly better. The pump is a different design and apparently they have addressed the pump issues.

Currently have fans at 50% so 1100RPM. almost silent. 26c idle, 35c gaming and 56c in stress tests, all at 4GHz.

4000MHz on your RAM?  What are the timings?  And what kit is it?

it's the Corsair Dominator Platinum special edition in the contrast variety, which runs 3466 stock.

timings are at 16-18-18, so not very great there, but i havn't touched those yet.

I use the Performance Enhancer Level 3 on the ASUS Crosshair VII and then bump that up to by increasing EDC with Ryzen Master.  That sets an all core speed to 4.25GHz, but allows the single core speed to still reach 4.35GHz.  Sometimes I combine that with BCLK adjustments and recently ran a bunch of benchmarks with BCLK set to 102.2.  That put my all core at 4.33GHz and single core to 4.45GHz.  

 

Then with RAM I have two profiles that I switch between.  Both stable.  One is 3466MHz 14-14-14-14-22-36 and the other is 3600MHz 14-15-14-14-26-40.

Those timings aren't terrible at 4000Mhz though.  And it's stable?

yep! running them like this 24/7 :D i could probably push them a little more if i tried, but on Threadripper there's really no reason to push further.

Wow.  I haven't seen anyone report anything above 3733MHz to be stable.  Mostly because of the Zen limitations.

When I had my 1700-based system I managed to get it to 4Ghz but I had to crank the voltage up a lot (1.45v plus LLC). That 4Ghz OC was game-stable but failed to complete an hour-long session of Prime95. Had to settle for 3.9Ghz at 1.42v. Even at that OC, the 1700 still easily broke 75C even on an AIO, because I had a case with crap airflow (S340 Elite) and I live in an area that gets very hot in summer.

 

As for memory my TridentZ RGB 3200CL14 B-die memory hit a hard wall at 3333Mhz at conservative timings (14-14-14-32) with 2T and GD disabled. 1T made the memory completely unstable at 3200Mhz or greater. I think my CPU and memory were both lemons, because I had invested in a C6H and always had the latest stable BIOS installed.

 

Sold the CPU and board, but kept the memory. I was fairly disappointed with its single-thread performance even while OC'ed.

Man, I can't even POST past 3800MHz.  It's impressive that a 3466MHz kit will clock up so much with its stock timings, but the fact that a Zen processor can run 4000MHz is mind blowing.

I haven't spent too much time overclocking, but I can run the CPU at 3.8GHz/1.3V or 3.2GHz/0.95V (not really confirmed yet). I have the RAM at it's stock speeds, which are 3200MHz C16 at 1.35V. The reason I haven't messed with it for the most part is because the Ryzen 5 1600 is heavily bottlenecked by my 750Ti, so performance isn't affected that much from the CPU side.

You can get used Pascal cards for dirt cheap thanks to the crypto crash. 

I got my 1080 Ti Gaming X in like new condition for £495
