Anyone know what software to use to control the speed of the fans straight from windows

The one that comes with your motherboard, if you connected the fans to the Motherboard.

Argus Monitor, since SpeedFan is no longer supported and blocked in all games using BattlEye anticheat.

Whatever your mobo provides, Speedfan if you have older (up to Devils Canyon) mobo or Argus Monitor for paid, modern option.
