which one should i take? (power supply)

im having trouble figuring out which one should i take: seasonic prime ultra 850w gold or corsair rmx 850 gold, both fine power supply, but which one? 

specs:

i7 8700k

rtx 2080

asus maximus ix hero mobo

16gb ram

that is why, but not so sureif i would really do it in a couple of years though

None of the above. A good 550W is plenty for overclocking. Whisper M, Straight Power 11, RMx 2018, RMx or Dark Power Pro 11 at those wattages. 

Also, the motherboard isn't compatible with the CPU.

is SeaSonic Prime Ultra not recommended? 

and Z390 mobos arent compatible with 8th gen CPU's?

The Prime Gold and Platinum are not that quiet. The Ultra versions are a bit better. 

The Maximus IX is Z270. The XI is Z390.
