Will this build let me stream ?

Hi

First of all i am new here and if i post it in wrong section can someone move it for me please ?

So i am looking to build new pc for gaming, and the question is will this build let me do stable streams of hmmm GTA V ?

It certainly will, but like @schwellmo92 said, I'd go for the 2700 or 2700X.
