Anyone know why GSkill RGB ram won’t shut off lighting in sleep?

Go to solution Solved by ANLIN,

Sleep mode does not turn off the power in ram so since ram has no control to stop power to the rgb(not yet) even in sleep mode rgb will be on

But in hibernate it will be use

It gets a bit oofy when I try to sleep so I turned it off and it’s not a big deal but a fix or something would be nice

I think you can turn it off in Asus Aura even when in sleep :)

Adjust your sleep state. I think that's a thing. Check your bios.
