Some of this looks wrong. You put in a dedicated cooler for a locked processor which already has an included cooler as well as a Z370 motherboard which is for overclocking. Either get rid of the cooler and get a B360 motherboard or get the "K" variant. Also the 9000 series of Intel chips are coming out so I highly suggest waiting and get the 9600K instead. I would suggest 2666 speed ram and a higher quality SSD. a GTX 1070 is a bit overkill for 1080p 60fps so you could settle with a GTX 1060 or RX 580. That power supply is overkill as well.

The cpu comes with a stock cooler that you could use instead othe Pure Rock Slim.

Since the cpu is locked, you might consider a B360 or H370 motherboard.

The cpu stock memory speed is DDR4-2666.

I'd suggest using the 2.5" instead of the SATA III  M.2 version of the ssd.

A 550W psu has more than enough capacity.

A GTX 1070 Ti can be squeezed in.
