Built in webcam opposed to usb cpu stress

So I have received a Lenovo all in one and while running obs my built in web cam is using up a lot of cpu through obs. When I removed the cam from the scene it worked perfectly. Would using a usb cam reduce that or would I have the same results. I’m using it for remote play to stream ps4 to twitch.

Internally webcams are also connected via USB so that won't get you much. What kind of Lenovo AIO are we talking here? Could you list the model and specs?

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB Fractal Define Mini C CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

I think its more about CPU of that AIO than anything else. OBS uses more resources the more stuff it has to render. If you have capture card and webcam, thats already too resources.
