Does youtube flag unlisted videos? or private videos?

Some media companies / owners are n@zis with clips of their content and don't want any traces on the net, but does that mean there is no way to share it without take downs?

 

Can you just post the video unlisted or make it private to bypass the takedown issues?

They have taken down an unlisted video of mine (About 2 months ago) it had been public for a while before hand though (not sure if that would matter).

The reason to make a private video is to watch on steam, because if you are playing a game on steam and you hit shift+tab you can go on the web browser and browse the internet, you cannot watch your own mp4 files while doing this so I like to post them privately on youtube and then watch them on the steam web browser while playing the game.

anyways if you have an easier way to do that please reply and tell me i would really appreciate that because the method i'm doing now takes soo long to finish.
