NFC FIDO U2F Security Key

So I'm looking to up my 2FA game a little. I'd like to secure my desktop, laptop AND Cellphone with a USB FIDO key that incorporates NFC so my cellphone can be secured as well as the Apps that utilize HW 2FA. Yubikey Neo is $50. Does anyone have any suggestions for cheaper solutions that perform just as well?
