Can you stop repeating it all the time?

There's AOC 1440p 144HZ monitor with 1ms reaction time, that one is around 350 euros.

And plenty of 1080p 144Hz monitors in that price range

Absolutely not.  I won't do that, you can tho... Knock yourself out.  Ask any specific questions about a monitor or compare a couple but I won't list a top 5, since I can't and don't have the time to research your purchase for you.

so in  400 euros  which are the best  monitors for  gaming with  ips panel?

If you spend 30 more euros you can get the 1440p 144hz ips monitor. It's probably one best monitors you can get for gaming tbh. At 27inchs it's a very good size as well. Finding anything close to as good under 400 will be hard.

Making up your mind about size and budget would be a good start...

You have multiple suggestions and videos now, so I'm not going to add more.

Basically (partially subjectively I guess) good for gaming will be a  high refresh rate 120/144 Hz monitor. These will most certainly be TN panels in the €400 range, so not the best colours probably.  Higher refresh rates will feel a lot smoother in faster paced games and even on the desktop. If you go with IPS panels, you'll have better colours, but a harder time finding a high refresh rate one that'll fit your budget. I don't really mind my TN panel and with a bit of tweaking in the setting the colours are acceptable for me and I can enjoy movies on it just fine. You'll need to decide what you value more.

It is, but you're not really cooperating. What's wrong with all the suggestions people have given you? You're only replies are "what's the best monitor?", you are not even responding to people.

If you want people to respond you will want to quote them otherwise it won't notify them. It's probably why you had a hard time getting help in the first thread.

I couldn't find one and I looked pretty hard. To find a 27" 144hz 1440p up a display at the price is very unlikely as most go for more towards 500+

The XF270HU is likely your best bang for the euro. Here's a good review. The prices have dropped since this review was done.

The closest equivalent is the MG279Q which goes for a little more than 500 euros so yeah.
