im decided to put rgb fans in me build but i dont know what is pwm or 4 pin i am using enermax rgb fans and asrock z370 killer sli mobo i have total of 5 fans do i need a spilter or hub and my fans link are here

The fans you are looking at have a controller included with them. Just plug in the controller into one of the fan headers. The motherboard has a PWM connecter, which is just a 4-pin connector for fans. The 4th pin just allows you to control the fans' RPM through a software.

The Enermax fans looks like they use a proprietary fan connector that goes into the hub so that should take care of the 3 RGB fans you are buying. The other 2 that come with the case can plug into the motherboard.
