What sockets can my stock Intel cooler be used on?

Jakers038

I have 2 stock Intel coolers, one from a Celeron g1610 and one from an I5 3450, both seem to be the exact same thing, so just wondering, what else are they compatible with, I suppose everything from Celeron to I7 as long as it's lga 1155, but what about other sockets?

Everything from 115X series you should be able to use those coolers on. I believe 775 was the last time the cooler holes changed for mainstream boards.

Anything LGA 115x, the x being whatever number (from the top of my head, that would mean 1150, 1151, 1155, 1556 I think).
