Why are there so few 1440p monitors with freesync?

At least here in Belgium/the Netherlands there are so few monitors that are 1440p and have freesync. The only ones that I find are crappy TN panels or have huge bezels.

Why is this?

I live in the US, they aren't very common here either. Everything is 1080p (fhd) or 2160p (4k). I tried to buy one because either figured it would be cheaper than 4k, and if you want a good one not really. I'll browse Netherlands store for you.

Nope just regular 1440p 60Hz.

Well I'm from Europe, and I don't really need 144Hz, 60/75Hz is fine for me.

I also don't want any crappy TN panels, but IPS.

there's no reason to buy 1440p 60hz anymore anyways though, just buy a 4k 60hz IPS display, it's a much better investment and the price is fairly low.

My GPU won't be able to play any games on 4K unfortunately.

You can just run games at 1080p perfectly upscaled until 4k capable GPUs are down in price. I run a 4k display with an RX 580, esports games and stuff run fine at 4k

What GPU do you have? Also it is ok because in 10 years you could have another Gpu by then hopefully.
