i did everything spoofed my cpu, ram, gpu and i have android pie

i did it on huawei p9 lite 2017

the fortnite installer shows that i need android 8

I mean your device isn't supported... And even if you did manage to hack your way through the game would run like crap. Kirin 655 has like a 2x slower cpu and 6x slower gpu than the 970
