Temps are only worrying above 80 Celsius (for the most part). As far as I'm concerned, your temps are great, and you should feel free to overclock

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I would not recommend letting your temp go over 70C. You can look up your manufacturer's recommendations online.

I don't think it would be a bad idea. An easy way of doing it would be getting an AIO cooler

I would say test what you can get with current cooler first. While 212 Evo is far from best, its not bad cooler. You might get good enough OC to try out first. If you want to go higher, getting dual tower might be good idea. You  don't need AIO for basic overclocking.

For cooler suggestions we need to know your case, ram model/height, budget and shops where to look.

D14 from Noctua is biggest you can fit without issues. D15 and Dark Rock 4 Pro might have bit issues with fans. Those would be the big ones. But for moderate OC Dark Rock 4, or Scythe Fuma (this is dual tower, but lacks performance vs D15 and DRP4).

DRP4 is 163mm tall and wouldn't fit. The NH-D15 would fit with the front fan moved to the back in pull. As you suggested above, seeing how well it oc's with the 212 Evo first would be a good idea.

The Fuma would require an additional AM4 mounting hardware but would can perform as well as the NH-D15 or DRP4 with overtightening. The Fuma Rev. B comes with the AM4 mounting hardware already but also uses the newer HMPS II mounts that are spring loaded to prevent overtightening and wouldn't perform as well.

Mugen 5 Rev. B would be a similar performing alternative to the NH-D14: https://www.amazon.com/Scythe-SCMG-5100-Mugen-Processor-Cooler/dp/B06ZYB8K77

okey so it goes high on OC CPU  when up 10C-20C from 60c to 70c-85C (game load) with the CM 212 Evo, then again am also using the cheap Master Cooler Thermal paste as i run out of my Artic Silver 5, am thinking getting the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Thermal Grease Paste - 1.0 Gram $9.60.

I thinking of getting a Water Cooler AIO cause of my space i cant get the Air Cooler i want to fit.

Just dont know what to get let just make the budget $100 maybe $120.  There are alot of AIO liquid Cooler but all i see is that most fail within 6 months to 1 Year.

Okey so this is my system, Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 Wifi, Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000 16GB,  GTX 1080 GPU. Ryzen 5 2600x @4.2Ghz. CoolerMaster MB500 Case.

AM USING THE FREE COOLERMASER THERMAL PASTE AND 212 EVO.  (I ordered Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut)

So i did a stress test here are my numbers:

Ideal - Avg 31c  28c Low  42c high ( this at ideal jumps form 28c to 32c to 42c in a cycle)

AIDA64 CPU stress - Avg 46c 49c High (5 Mins)

AIDA64 FPU Stress- Avg 72c  83c High - (3 Mins - This got me scared as i dont know what FPU is and the temp when up quicky so i only did a 3 min test.)

So, you think i need a better cooler???

A FPU (Floating Point Unit) is part of the cpu and is specialized in math and numbers. In AIDA64, the FPS stress test uses floating-point calculation tasks. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floating-point_unit

Synthetic loads are generally more intensive than everyday usage and your temps are fine.
