install MACOS on a MAC USING A USB

You can, but not on that Mac without going through the Mountain Lion installation first. You'll need a 2nd Mac.

 

Or yes, like I mentioned in your previous post, option cmd r.

so i managed to get my mac in recovery mode after 10+ hours figuring out how to get into recovery mode (accidentay reformated the hdd)

son know it's forcing me to install OS X Mountain Lion and i was wondering if i could download the installer for MacOS Mojave on a flashdrive and install it on my mac
