What would you use it for and what do you currently need your laptop for?  If it's just for gaming, 0 productivity, then you could get a low-end 1080p system, but you wouldn't get 600 quid for it.

Try using the PSU Tier List!

How to reset the bios/clear the cmos

My current rig:

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

Ram: 1x16gb DDR4, 2x8gb DDR4

Storage: 1tb nvme ssd

GPU: gtx 3080

Monitor: 23.8" Dell S2417DG 144hz g-sync 1440p + 27" Acer S271HL 60 Hz 1080p

Keyboard: ducky one I | I SF

Mouse: gpro wireless | glorious model o2 wireless

Sound : beyerdynamic 1990 pro | Monoprice liquid spark (amp) + topping d10 (dac)

Just keep the laptop.  Save up money if you want a pc, because selling a used £630 laptop won't get you much more than low budget 1080p gaming.

You won't be able to make any gains then. the only reasonable way to get a performance increas is to sell your laptop then buy PC parts and build it yourself

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Yeah not happening at that price range.  You get ripped off for anything under $1000/£800

Well then that sucks

Building isn't something that requires that much experience. You can watch some videos and get a really good idea of what to do.

I don't recommend trying to do a case mod if you can't even build using individual parts.

I also don't recommend that prebuilt, doesn't look great

If your budget is that high, why would you try to settle for reusing your laptop parts?

How about you try https://pcpartpicker.com/ and make a list

Here's a tip:
