Netflix 4K with a 4K monitor

Will I be able to play Netflix 4K on my 4K monitor? Would a Xbox One X or PS4 Pro support Netflix 4K?

The Xbox One X and One S support 4k Netflix.
The Playstation 4 Pro support 4k Netflix.

To watch it on your PC, you will need to use either Microsoft Edge browser or the Netflix program to watch 4k content. Firefox and Chrome don't playback 4k.

 

You will also need sufficient internet download speed to stream 4k content. Netflix recommend at minimum 25mbps.

You will also need the appropriate UltraHD package from Netflix.

Isn't there a minimum GPU requirement on Windows or am I imagining that?

Could be, not entirely sure...
I believe Netflix uses HEVC for its UltraHD HDR content, so modern Intel CPUs (Kabylake or newer) should be able to handle it pretty easily with QuickSync. You should be able to run it off integrated graphics, with most modern integrated graphics supporting 4k60hz over DP. Anything older and you might see CPU performance issues or require a discrete GPU that can handle 10bit HEVC decoding (Nvidia 10 series). (Don't quote me on any of this, though!)

I believe it requires a Kaby Lake or newer Intel iGPU or an Nvidia Pascal or newer GPU. Doesn't matter how low end, from what I remember.
