amd ryzen master driver.sys crashed

Go to solution Solved by Mero_de,

ok heres an update.

i uninstalled all drivers and all asus and amd tools then rebooted and activated Virtualization and it worked.

now i installed the Chipset driver from AMDs site, rebooted with Virtualization enabled and started vmware and no Problems at all yet.

the thing was causing the bluescreen was the ASUS AI Suite.

Hello everyone,

New Ryzen 5 2600 Build im having a  Bluescreen right on the logon screen.

the Blue screen shows ONLY when i enable the CPU Virtualization in Bios with the following Error Message :

amd ryzen master driver.sys crashed

i did not install the app ! and i really need the Virtualization enabled -_- anyone got an idea ?

note that all drivers are up to date and the bios is up to date

thanks in advance.

im Super bored now.. 6 Hours playing with those shitty drivers .. i installed the one from AMD website too.. it didnt help.

found the dll that cousing the problem and removed it from startup, so the Blue screen doesnt show up but insted of that i get another bluescreen saying (asio crashed) smh... i disabled that one too then the Bluescreen doesnt show up anymore ! but hey you know what ? Vmware doesnt start and i get 4 error messeges on windows startup from the Asus drivers and tools.

i ran the AMD clean install tool and  uninstalled all the AMD drivers and that didnt help as well.

i have 0 idea what to do next :/

fuck it im done.
