Is there any way i can run fortnite?

I just wanted to ask if there is any way to play fortnite on my pc with this specs(i dont mind turning off shadows,grass etc..)

 

Ram:2GB 

Processor:Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz 2.62GHz

Graphics Card:Nvidia GForce 9500 GT

pretty much all games at 1080p medium to low settings at around 30 fps

Don't think 1050 ti would be that bad. Medium to low at 60fps for sure.

You might get away with those specs, use  the razer cortex game booster application.
