Which is Better? single core 2 quad q9650 or dual xeon e5430?

hey guyz sorry for my bad english.

i am right now using core 2 quad q9650 at stock speed (3.0 ghz) i upgraded it from q6600 which is at 2.4 ghz.. i was getting stuters in games and wheni upgraded it to q9650 there are very very minimal stuters now but i wanted to exchange this pc whith my friend pc which has dual xeon e5430 at 2.6 ghz i was wondering. will the stuters come back? or i will get a little more boost in my gamimng performance.. there are very rare gamimng benchmarks on youtube of dual xeon e5430 .. butthe benchmark i saw was better then my q9650..

another question is that my specs ri8 now

core 2 quad q9650

5 gb ram

r9 270 from gigabye

And if i exchange this pc to my rend one i have to give extra 23$ and my freind's pc specs are

dual xeon e5430

8 gigs of ram

gpu will be the same i will not exchange my gpu.

plz give me any possible information

I recommend not getting the Xeon. What I do recommend is getting a decent cooler and to OC that bad boy.

I'd also recommend getting 8/16 GB of ram is as DDR2 is damn cheap these days.

Hey I am still running a Q9650 as well I would think Two E5430's would be better but Q9650 would beat them single core

Finding non ECC memory with modules that big is damn near impossible. The best he could do is probably four 2GB sticks.

Make sure to quote or tag me (@JoostinOnline) or I won't see your response!

Better sell your PC and if on a budget get some 1155 motherboard with any i5/i7. New architecture will utilize your GPU much better.

If you have enough money i'd recomment getting ryzen or intels 8-th series cpus. Intel's 8-th gen single core is amazing and will utilize GPUs much better then anything else.

Computer users fall into two groups:
those that do backups
those that have never had a hard drive fail.
