can you recommend a amp theres not usb?

Is your onboard broken? If not, don't buy anything.

im not only playing cs:go i also plays other games, so i dont want to focus on cs:go :)

Yep, especially for other games its great such as bf4,scifi etc.

Was just talking about CS,because its an perfect competetive example where :).

Well see if they will run on your onboard solution to your liking before spending. 
If they don't work for you at that point, look into the E10.

ok, but will the amp not make bass "better", what i heard from you guys and read, at the AKG Q701 is not the best bass

No, a better amp will only help if your onboard isn't good enough in the first place.
