Your power supply is garbage, but the rest of the parts are fine.

As for the case, take a look at the Fractal Design Focus G and Meshify C.

And don't use the Hyper 212, your CPU already comes with a pretty decent cooler.

The higher wattage BQs aren't garbage, but they don't make sense.

AFAIK the crappy lower wattage BQs are a different platform to the higher wattage ones. Still not great, but it's not complete garbage.
Bloody @seon123 beating me to it...

Good case suggestions though. If for whatever reason you don't like those then check the Nzxt H500

As for storage, if you don't already have a storage solution picked out, go with a SATA SSD + separate 1TB to 3TB HDD.

A 250GB or 500GB Crucial MX500 SSD with either a WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda HDD is always a solid pick.

It's okay, it's not horrible. I wouldn't worry about it.
If you were going to be powering something that required 750W of power, you would be running a system like an 8700K + 2x 1080tis and for that you would want a really high quality unit which the EVGA BQ is not. If your system doesn't require 750W, you could spend less on a unit that provides less wattage but that would be of equal or better quality. So in that way an averagish 750W unit doesn't make a lot of sense.

I think they're a little expensive for what they are, especially the RGB variant which is $115, and they don't offer the best air flow.

Your motherboard instruction manual will explain the correct DIMM slots to use for your memory. It should be on the first few pages of the motherboard manual with pictures instructing you which slots to use.
You will want to use alternating DIMM slots and not DIMM slots directly next to each other. Normally it's slots labelled 2 and 4 you will want to pair your memory in.
Just checked your motherboards manual. It's slots labelled 1 and 2 that you will want to use.

I have highlighted them in red for you here.

Thanks what is was the case you recommend bq something like that .  and as the PSU all the lower volage 550. 650 and 750 where on sale for $59.99 so i just go the highest on, dont think my system will use more that 500 watts even in gaming, this PC is just for gaming.

500 is gonna be a little higher than your PC will draw. A 550W would suffice. more does not equal better with power supplies.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

For the EVGA BQ, the 750W is a better unit than the 550W and 650W.

Your system will use less than 350W when gaming.

I've updated my post above with information about the RAM.

Happy to help.

If you're building it now out of the case to test if it's working, your Gigabyte Motherboard manual should have all the information you need on where to plug things, but just post here if you have any questions or get stuck. Feel free to use the @Spotty tag to get my attention if you need help.

Most of the front intake is through a ventilated strip on the side towards the front. There's also a small opening at the bottom of the case.

They look nice but they're pretty rubbish when it comes to airflow and the front intake is pretty choked.

My case isn't that great for airflow either. It's a BeQuiet Silent Base 800. Not even sure if they're still producing the 800 and it would be outside your budget.

Honestly just pick whichever case you like the look of and does what you need it to do. Most cases these days have poor front intake airflow. If you like the look of that Thermaltake View 31 you linked to earlier then go that. If RGB isn't important to you, go the cheaper option which just has the blue LED fans for $75. The more expensive $115 is a lot to pay just for some RGB fans that you could probably buy separately and add in for cheaper.

If you want something that has an open mesh front for good air flow and a tempered glass side panel, then the Fractal Design Meshify C for around $90 is a good option, but you will need to add your own RGB fans to the front if you want RGB.

Your power supply is garbage, but the rest of the parts are fine.

As for the case, take a look at the Fractal Design Focus G and Meshify C.

And don't use the Hyper 212, your CPU already comes with a pretty decent cooler.

Why would he not use the Hyper 212 if he already has it ? It will be better than the stock cooler so might as well.

No need to mess with the bios at least until you have built the system. The board will run fine with the cpu as it is an X470. Only reason to update the bios later is if the ram doesn't work at the rated speed etc. Some bios updates have better ram support.

Go for a hybrid drive instead of a hdd, they're faster, not as fast as an ssd, and they're only a bit more expensive.
