Best clip on mic

For christmas I got my Sennheiser HD598s and I was wondering what is the best clip on mic. I have Heard that the zalman clip on mic1 is the best but just want to know before I buy something.

That Zalaman one that I am forgetting the name of but is very popular would be your best bet.

best? eeeuuugghhh..... not really, its really cheap and functional yes.

the zalman I have right next to me is somewhat tinny and a very roomy sounding mic. 

 

best.  is not something that I'd attach to it

The Zalman is just a cheap mic to get you through the day till you can afford a nice desktop unit or modmic.

The zalman isnt bad for the price and I am planning on getting one myself when I get my 598s.

yep for $7 its worth the purchase and peace of mind in case shit happens to your main mic and for the ability to troubleshoot things with an additional mic. 

 

its just the word "BEST" that I don't want to associate with it
