Dual Monitor Setup

chubs0078

Sorry if this has been discussed previously but I could not find any discussions on this anywhere. I have a 2080ti preordered and I play of mix of games such as first person shooters where I want as high of fps as possible (144fps+) and games like Skyrim where a high resolution (4k) at 60fps would be more beneficial to me than a lower resolution and higher fps. In saying that I currently own an Acer 1440p 165hz monitor that I would want to stick with for my first person shooter games but was thinking of adding a second 4k 60hz monitor that I could play my other games on that I am not so concerned about having high fps.

So my question is will having a mix of monitor resolutions and refresh rates cause any issues?

Thanks in advanced for you help!

As long as you disable the other monitor when you're gaming so it doesn't do anything funny, I don't see any issue.

So do you think if I left both monitors on and used one for gaming and the other to have things like Discord open it would cause any issues?
