I have the Windows 7 x64 iso downloaded somewhere from digital river... (Microsoft's distribution.) Got shut down a while back, lemme see if I can find a legit DL link or upload my x64 iso and link it to you.

actually under 1500$, I got the delidding tools used, The TX650M was on sale, the clc 280 was on sale, ram was cheaper, the mobo was really cheap (i regret that decision), i got it the cpu and mobo at micro center, the mobo got a 30$ discount, the cpu was 225$, not 250 etc. Also GPU was pre-mining.

Just saying most of that tracking has been added to windows 7. If you really want secure go linux or some other BSD.

Windows 10 will be more secure, and faster and just a better os. ANd windows 7 is losing support soon aswell.

Well you can use your win 7 key with windows 10.

And microsoft doesn't have them online in many places, so hunt down a random download site or find a dvd.

Just a note, if it's an OEM key, it won't work. That's locked to the specific version of windows that came on that device. Only retail keys work on x86 and x64 interchangeably.

I think I have one in case I need to reinstall Windows. I'll see if I can find it later at home and share it with you.

I am sure the NSA has so much more valuable information from your using Android phone, Chrome web browser (which tracks you even under incognito mode), Google services (which are embeded in nearly all sites you go, as Google promotes sites with Google Analytics inside them) than silly telemetry data so that they go: "Wow, some user clicked 5 times on the Start Menu in the same day.. actions that only a terrorist would do.... send the pizza tracking van!"

There's couple mirror sites for DigitalRiver. The one I remember right now is WindowsISO.net.

Here's another collection of mainly older ones

Also note to anyone wondering about Win10. Its possible to get ISO from Microsoft's site. All you need is browser addon to show different user agent than Windows PC. I've used Mac to get pure ISO for laptop installs.

Here you go: http://www.mediafire.com/file/9rf75lvi59u2ep9/en_windows_7_professional_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_676939.iso/file

Don't bother the upload date lol. It seems someone already uploaded the same file, and when I tried to, it just copied the ISO to my personal storage and got the link from that upload. At least I won't have to wait for days for the upload. :P
