Primary Monitor turns off without secondary Monitor AMD - R9 290X

I have two Monitor at my Desk. The primary Monitor is plugged in over DVI and my second one is over HDMI.
Now i wanna get rid of my second one but everytime i unplug the HDMI cable nomatter if from the Monitor or the GPU my primary Monitor goes black.
In the Bios everything is ok. Works over 15 min. I deinstalled the Drivers in safemode with DDU, installed newest Drivers for my R9 290X and as soon as i restart my PC and log in the same thing happens if the HDMI cable isn't plugged in for the secondary Monitor.
I flashed the gpu Bios but still the same Problem. 

Does anybody have any Idea how to fix this Issue? I need the second Monitor for another Project and i also need more space on my Desk. Reinstalling Windows is not an option.
