Help me choose monitor for PS4

Right now I’m choosing monitor for ps4. I most of time I play FPS and other fast games. I already tried Dell P2417H and return it because of very noticeable ghosting. Now I take LG 23MP68VQ that slightly better,but I’m still think it’s very blurred. Can you watch a video in which I took a few moments from the game and say me is it ok for IPS or I can found something better ? And will there be a noticeable difference between IPS 5ms and TN 1ms? 

 I’m  looking only for 60hz monitors.

I recommend the BenQ Zowie RL2455, it's a 1080p 60Hz 1ms TN monitor made specifically for the PS4.

It’s comes out of my budget ,but I can save some money and buy it. It’s really worthy? There will be any noticeable difference?

does your monitor have smoothing and what do you have v sync set to on in r6

That’s all I can found. I tried to set on FreeSync but I didn’t notice much difference

The most interesting thing is that before I played on the TV from Sony about 2012 release, and the motion blur was much lesser on it.

Its hard to say if it will be better or worse but the Dell S2419H is supposed to handle motion well enough.

I don’t think it would be much better. I just can’t understand,ghosting that can be seen on video is ok for IPS monitors or no?
