Diffuse motherboard LEDs into one glow?

Okay so my mobo has 5 LEDs like on the picture here.

What I would like is for those 5 dots to become one continuus line. Can you guys give me some pointers how or what to use to diffuse these like so?

You ca cut the clips off . It's around 19 mm long horizontally (distance between plastic walls on the inside, 20mm+ on the outside), ~3.8 mm vertically , and around 10mm tall (but you can cut it down to a specific height and then polish the cut if you want to look nice)

I'm not sure if 19mm is enough though.

Thats an idea but its too small in width, the LEDs span across around 5cm
