Sell LG 27UK650 monitor to buy LG TV 43UJ634V

I'm thinking to sell my 27inch 4K monitor to buy 43inch 4K TV because i believe i will have a better experience with video games (play on PC and PS4) and movies with a larger display. What are you opinions is a good idea or not?

Here are the both specs of my monitor and the TV that I am interested to buy: https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/comparison/31867190f

Hi

Your choice makes sense to me.

My 27" 4k monitor is sitting on a shelf not in use because the display is too small. I replaced it with a 32" LG 4k monitor.  I think 32" is the minimum size for a desktop 4k display.

Even if it does not work out for you the TV can be used in a bedroom or den. My 42" Sony that I used for a monitor back in 2013 is still in use as a TV.

You will have some noticeable input lag with the tv. I guarantee you, that input lag is not 12 ms on that tv, at 4k. I ran into this quite a few times with customers. That will give you a lower input lag, in game mode, in like 720p. My LG OLED doesn't even have that low of input lag. I would not go for a tv instead of a monitor for gaming, especially for shooters, or anything not single player.

What he said is very true I tried 4 different tv's I finally bought an Acer 43inch PC monitor- got it on sale direct from Acer outlet for $350.00 and free shipping Killer monitor for my purposes. input lag is 5ms.

However LG makes basically the same monitor- but with remote control and a few other very nice features.
