Hello, my sister is moving out from our parents house and she wants a new router for just netflix and normal use. She asked me for advice and im thinking of recommending this. Is it good? I prefer 5ghz over 2.4ghz but range wise, she going to live in a 23 square meters apartment. Is it OVERKILL?

If you got a recommendation it will have to be cheap (around $105) but with good quality.

Id say that will be fine. Never heard of the brand but Im also in to the US, where the brand is most likely not offered. Other options are ASUS, Netgear and TP Link. To me its a good router because its AC. Id say it should be able to handle it. My old  Dlink DIR 835 Dual band Wireless N router did a good job at keeping coverage in our 210 Sq Meter home. Now the AC router I have now the Synology RT2600 AC gives me coverage out in the yard. So if my pasty white self decided to ever leave the house to enjoy the sun, Id still have WiFi.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
